This privacy policy explains how we,  Ione & Mann Ltd. (with ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’ being interpreted accordingly) uses and protects any information that you give us when you:

  • Use www.ioneandmann.com;

  • Engage with Ione & Mann directors or employees in person, by phone, by email or post;

  • Consent to receive our email marketing newsletters and announcements;

  • Consent to be emailed about artists of interest .

Personal information relating to you from which you can be identified that we collect or which you provide is called personal data ('Personal Data').

Ione & Mann is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website or communicating with gallery directors or staff, you may be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

Ione & Mann may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page occasionally to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 15 May 2018.

What we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Your email address, telephone number, billing address and delivery address;

  • Payment details;

  • Information from accounts you link to us (e.g. Instagram);

  • Your contact history and purchase history;

  • Information about your personal preferences and background;

We collect most of this Personal Data directly from you – in person, by email, telephone and via our website e.g. when you contact us with a query, make a purchase, or ask that you are added to our mailing list. However we may also collect Personal Data from cookies on our website (see 'Cookies' below), from social media accounts you link to us e.g. Instagram or from other information which has been published about you in the media.

We keep all information relevant to past sales processes for legal and financial records.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest, applications and social media platforms. However, once you have used these links to leave our website, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any Personal Data which you provide whilst visiting such websites because such websites are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
