ABOUT
Emily Platzer (b. 1989) is a British artist born in Hampshire and currently based in Paris. She is a graduate of the Royal College of Art (MA 2019) and the University of Falmouth (BA 2011). Ione & Mann presented Emily’s first solo show I keep the whole of you in the edges of my eyes in early 2020. Emily’s work has been exhibited in London (Ione & Mann, Hockney Gallery, Beers Contemporary, Barbican Trust), at Mana Contemporary, Jersey City, NJ, and at Triumph Gallery, Moscow. Residencies include Palazzo Monti, Brescia and TFAC at ColArt, London She has been featured in Floorr Magazine (February 2017) and 100 Painters of Tomorrow (Thames and Hudson, 2014).
